Yes as long as your battery is charged and you dont use your accessorys much. Keep in mind you can only drive until your battery gets low and wont keep the engine running anymore.

it will only work the time your battery lasts, after that it will not work.

If your alternator is not working than your vehicle should not even start so it would be kinda hard to drive. ;-)

YES YOU CAN!! Your battery has a reserve listed on the side or top. Be it 25-75 MN. If it is charged to 100% That is how long the engine will run till the battery runs down & no electrical power is supplied to the engine. So if the battery is lower than 100% that is as far as the car goes. l had a friend whose T-Bucket had no alternator so he bought 2 DT-72-78 Dt Delco batteries & drove it from Muncie to Ft Wayne In. to a car show & back using one battery to get there & one to get back. Reserve on these batteries were 78min.. Not using tail or headlites or radio he HAD PLENTY OF ''JUICE''

Possible only in the case of your battery is alive ,
Once Battery is getting dried, gradually the function of all accesseries will be reducing till battery becomes dead.
