Recently my car needs a new front spindel which costs $800 which is not under warranty.

800!?! if you arent rich then you better shop around. try a junk yard.

not a lot of problem BUT the maintenence cost is rather high as this Hynudai brand name is not popular and not many around on the road..rare is expensive BUT the 2nd value is dirt cheap! So my adavise is..change to a more popular car instead..

It has a 5 yr 60,000 mile warranty with full coverage except brakes, tires. Are u over the 60,000 mile mark? Did u buy it second hand, l would not think this would affect the warranty but l do not know? If not it is covered, & u r being lied to. It has a 10 year powertrain warranty,.and l do not know what a spindle is, but l am guessing it is a part of the axle. Would not the axle be considered part of the powertrain as it is front wheel drive & the spindle would have gears to connect to the tranny, whichyou need topower the front wheels. If u r still covered go to a different dealership. If u still do not have luck then go to the newspaper or write to local news station & threaten the dealership with that. They will act if they r in the wrong. Canadian & American warranties r different so if u want the specifics google it. If ur in the right print it off & they can not say a thing
