l can not see why not. may be you can get a turbocharger from a Terracan .

may be it would be easier to get the complete engine from a terracan Its a 2.9 Crdi Diesel

Why bother turbocharge the engine? The accent chassis is not designed for high speed at all, so do not expect it will hold the speed for you steadily if you put a high performance engine on it. l would probably go for a used civic or integra in this case.
