Welcome feedback about the car maintenance cost compared with say Proton perdana, fuel consumption 100km/? lit, any problems with the electronic systems?

I''ve got an 03' Hyundai Sonata 4 banger..... Have owned it since new in 2003. NO problems at all. Currently has about 58,000 miles on it.

I've replaced the brakes, and the power steering cable... thats about it. Other than oil changes and a tranny flush at 30k.

l get about 23 mpg in the city, 28 highway.
