To all y'all who say it is crap, It is on the fron page of the DUB wesite. So, there, it is a descent car.

l think it is ''nice''. But it is no Lexus ES300, GS, and certainly not a LS. l would prefer to buy a preowned Lexus rather than buying a Brand New Hyundai genesis. The toyota/Lexus brand is more reliable and has a better reputation, and the interior in the the lexus is way better than the Genesis.

C'mon guy, They were trying to compare a Hyundai to a BMW and Lexus, what does that tell you?

The coupe has two (2) doors.and should be compared to cars like....Oh, the G37, Mustang, new Camaro, etc.

so Lexus,or any other sedan, should not even be mentioned.

To answer the question l think the coupe, especially for the price, will be a tuners wet dream but looks to be a very good car right out the box. A 310HP car for around 25k is great but the timing of it my be bad because of the economy, although sales of the Genesis sedan have been pretty good so far.
Any one denying Hyundai is efforts with the Genesis line r not true car people.

Finally a real sports car from the Koreans.

It is faster than a Ford Mustang GT and as fast as the new Nissan 370z.

l just wish it does not share the same name as the Luxury Sedan because that could be very confusing for people.
