l could have just been so drunk out of my mind l saw this wrong, but was there a commerical for a new Hyundai that looked like a Cadillac RTS or whatever?l was stunned, but also could have just been trippin, or it could have been a joke commerical.l have no idea.It looked like an $80,000 Hyundai.

it was the new car they are putting out in 08.i own the azera since 06 and love it,but when l saw what hyndai and bentley have put together l was drooling,cant wait to get one.

They claim its as big as a BMW 7-Series at a 3-Series price. If l can afford a 3-Series, C-Class, G35, CTS, or an IS l sure would not be walking into a Hyundai dealership looking for a new car.

The new Genesis will be the car that gets Hyundai a lot of respect. It has the luxury, features, and styling of a BMW, Mercedes, or Lexus at a significantly lower price. This is going to be a real winner. l wish l had not just bought a Lexus GS460 with ''only'' 342hp compared to the 375hp of the Genesis.

l thought it was funny how they made a two references to BMWs in their commercial. If their promoting their car, why even try to compare it to a BMW, it just does not stack up the German is Ultimate Driving Machine.

this is the new platform there using to go after the big guys caddy,lexus toyota etc and yes even bmw. and it will cost some but not as much and yes it is a great car all waiting for it to hit the showroom floor.get your order in now they have already put out reviews on it and its all it cracked up to be. l looking also

l have to admit l have been skeptical about Hyundai is in general & this is coming from an only German car driver (Audi). However l have just recently drove a friends new Tiburon & l was quite impressed. After seeing the Genesis commercial during the Superbowl, l was about half-jaw dropped. The blend of the Bentley looking badge on the hood, to the Mercedes look on the grill, down to the Lexus-looking headlights all flows great. l might be in the market for one of these especially after hearing they r bigger than the 7-series & u can not get in a 745 without spending 60 grand at least!! Big Ups to Hyundai!

This will be the one to push Hyundai over the edge. They r almost there..just teetering on the brink of brilliance with the Azera & now the re-done 2009 Sonata..This Genesis will be the final push the company needed.
How do u compare a Hyundai to a BMW? It is easy. You make a phenomenal vehicle like the Genesis..more power..more styling.better warranty.much safer..cheaper to insure..REGULAR GAS...more room...and a boat load of less money to purchase & own.
We took 4 deposits on this car the day after the commercials aired & must have answered 20 phone calls about it.
This will be the ''car of the year'' in many many trade magazines.
And just wait until the 2-door coupe hits...that will be THE car to beat.
So, l guess the commercial will be correct..LOOK OUT BMW AND MERCEDES..Here comes Hyundai!!!!

You r correct, it is a real car coming out in Summer 2008. The Genesis is one of the hottest new releases along with the Nissan GT-R also coming out this Summer. Check http://hyundaiusa.com/ & see for yourself. There is a lot of hype surrounding the Genesis, but so far Hyundai has delivered a quality product with each new release this decade. Some people r trying to compare this car to the failed VW Phaeton, but that simply is not going to happen anymore then the next Chevy Corvette or Toyota Landcruiser is going to flop.
