i have a tape stuck in my tape player of my 2003 Hyundai Elantra how do i get it W/o removing everything els

Get a pair of tweezers and try grabbing it and pull it out.

you might be able to pull it out with needle nose pliers

use a knife. stick it under the tape and pop it up. good luck!

l would think that you want to remove it.hahahaha l can not believe that they still make tape players??

Take it to the dealer. It will cost you but you will get it back as good as new. The only other way is to removed the player and unwind the tape from the feed rolls then reinstall it and that is one heck of a job.

That is Right! A pair of tweezers. One of my friends accidentally placed a tape that was wet with cola, so it dried up inside the tape player, and l got it out like that.

oh okay sorry l got a little excited, l come from a vanished era when we used to use such things, & they were cool to have and.mmm, so how do u get one out?

You grab the offernding tape firmly
( l am assuming here that the tape itself has been ''eaten''((it is been pulledout of the cassette & wound around the player is play))spindle)
and u grimace, & cringe & then PULL!

sorry. no i'm not being a wise guy. i'm saying u may need to tear it outta there (the pulled out tape will snap, & now u will at least have the cassette outta the way
STEP TWO is how do u remove all that wound tape from inside the player mechanism.well, once again u just sorta pull & hope u get lucky.
(DONT insert any metal objects into the deck - can short it out,scratch the play heads, ruin it )
Often I've GOTTEN lucky & it all came out (and l just learned a lesson from it (always tighten the spools with ur finger before inserting any tape, it lessens how many can get eaten!)
but OTHER times, the tape wo not come out, & I've had to get a new deck.
At this point if this happens u may want to just get a disc player!

Of course having said all that it is possible u HAVENT got the tape all stuck.you've just got the cassette itself kind of jammed.
In that case try pushing in ,while hitting eject.
then try pushing in on one side while eject
then the other side while eject
.if 'rocking it' like that does not work, u may have once again to resort to pulling (ooh! also can slide a slim sc rewdriver under cassette & try pulling it out while hit eject, that could unstick.

But be warned u may bend something in the process & ruin the deck if u pull hard.

so try all these procedures with considered gentleness.
And try them AT YOUR OWN RISK ( l do not want u to be mad if it just breaks from this advice!) Do not break it, use common sense & GENTLE PRODDING till maybe it comes on own.

You have nothing to lose, so try as others have suggested. l have never had any luck in doing so but never know you may get lucky.
