It will NOT last much longer, because the car brand is known for bad reliability

Hello. l own a HYUNDA l Accent from 1998 & have only 92.000 klms (that would be about 65.000 miles). So the HYUNDA l that u consider to buy is worst because at shorter time period has done more miles.
l also -and always- drive ''gently''. l do not drive fast, l do not accelarate strong, l do not go above 90 klms (70 miles) per hour because l want to have fuel economy.
HYUNDA l cars generally may be cheap to buy, seems to have enough good technical specifications & they're good looking. But l believe its not worth because:
a) it has poor construction quality,
b) it appears often mechanical malfunctions,
c) the fuel economy usually is bigger than this described by its book,
d) it has expensive genuine parts so an expensive service,
e) it burns lots of oils inside its engine (so, l have to carry always Oil with me).
As l told u l own a HYUNDA l & in the long term, l EXPERIENCED ALL THESE PROBLEMS. My opinion is absolutely NEGATIVE for HYUNDA l generally. When l will have to replace my car, l will not buy a HYUNDA l again (not only Accent, l mean any HYUNDAI). That is for sure! Do not make the same mistake l made. It is wasted money.
If HYUNDA l had quality, it would have it in 1998 & today (as a principle). Often, the quality is better when someone has an older model, because every car industry by the pressure of lower cost, reduce the quality year by year. In the other hand, when a car factory is new in the game (as HYUNDA l was in 1998) makes better products because the Industry is not known (famous) & want to have costumers. As the years passing, they reduce the quality because they gain fans. Fans have no brain. They want tell u the truth: they r fans. So, do not take HYUNDAI. Take any car, but first search the Internet for the owners opinions, reviews, problems etc.. And consider very serious the Guarantee (the longest, the better).

It depends on how well the driver took care of the car. Alot of people will go buy the brand of car which is not the best way to determine how long a car will last & hold up after time. While there is some truth that certain cars will generally last longer then others it should not be only factor in the car is durability.
To give u an example, my 01' Hyundai Elantra has 135,000 miles on it had very little problems & runs fine. My friends 01' Honda Civic trans died at 160,000. He thought sure his Civic would last longer then my Hyundai but he drove the car hard and, well, the car could not handle it after a while even with it being a Honda. l keep up with the routine maintenance on my Hyundai & drive moderately, pretty sure l will make it to 200k. Put the two cars side by side & u will see people automatically pick the Civic as the better car not knowing anything about it.
Looking at a car is mileage gives u a general idea about a car but u have to know the car is history & give the car a good check up to get a better idea of how long a car will last.

HYUNDA l Accent GL '01, CD, auto, air, 110k, 4 door, $1950.

Call ur local dealer with the VIN & ask them to print u the vehicle is warranty history. It will tell u exactly what the previous owner is repairs were. Unfortunately, it wo not tell u how they treated the vehicle unless they can provide u with maintenance receipts.
We had an 02 Accent not long ago in our showroom (as a demonstration of how far Hyundai has come) with 400,000+ original miles. The owner took excellent care of it though.
It is tough to predict how long it will last if u do not know much about it is history.
For the price they r asking & the features included (auto & a/c), it is a decent car. Test drive it with a friend, bring a mechanic there or have it looked at in a shop. l would take their recommendations over someone who has not seen it or owned that model Hyundai before.
